“Breast health is more than a month. It is a…lifestyle!” ~ Barbra Watson-Riley

On November 1, 2012, Barbra posted here on the PWC blog:

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is officially over!  What did you do?  Did you wear pink? Did you walk a Race? Buy a product? Get a mammogram? Nothing?

So this year, what will YOUR answer be?

That year, the last time she actively participated in Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM), she wore pink every day!  She was inspired by Star Jones who wore red every day during Heart Health Month. Barbra recounted the experience and shared her thoughts about why she did it and whether she made a difference.

Of course, we ALL know the answer to that. YES! Because no matter how she felt throughout her life in the cancer lane she always …

DID SOMETHING!

Start today by buying your Life in the Cancer Lane tickets, sharing this blog post with your friends and networks, scheduling your mammo & ultrasound (and keeping your appointment this time!) and encouraging your sisterfriends to do the same.
