Help us reach our goal to distribute at least ONE THOUSAND “BARB’S BAG® of Chemo Care & Comfort” bags during BAG IT® for the CAUSE 2016. Become a sponsor by JULY 31st so that we can begin our bulk ordering process in preparation for the Weekend of Service (9/30-10-2).
Sponsor
We seek sponsors to help subsidize (or fully sponsor) the production and distribution of BARB’S BAG®. One hundred percent of sponsorship dollars is tax-deductible. Consult your tax professional for additional information. Each bag costs $50 to produce and at least $10 for shipping/handling.
Each location commits to assemble at least 50-100 bags for each BAG IT® event location. The more money we raise, the more bags we can distribute during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October and have on-hand to fulfill requests throughout the year.

Every dollar donated goes to produce and distribute Barb’s Bag® for Bag It® for the Cause Weekend of Service during Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2016. Any undistributed bags will be distributed free of charge thereafter to female chemotherapy patients diagnosed with breast cancer.

Unless the Sponsor requests “anonymous” status, all Sponsors will be listed on the Bag It® for the Cause webpage and in promotional copy as follows:
Patron ($50-1 bag) will be listed on the Bag It® for the Cause webpage and promotional copy.
Silver Sponsors ($100-2 bags) will be listed on the Bag It® for the Cause webpage and promotional copy.
Gold Sponsors ($250-5 bags) will be listed on the Bag It® for the Cause webpage and promotional copy and are invited to insert one promotional flyer into all bags sponsored by said sponsor.
Platinum Sponsors ($500-10 bags) will be listed on the Bag It® for the Cause webpage and promotional copy and are invited to insert one promotional item into all bags sponsored by said sponsor; provided the item must fit proportionally in the existing bag and PWCF reserves the right to refuse any item that does not so fit.
Diamond Sponsors ($1,000-20 bags) will be listed on the Bag It® for the Cause webpage and promotional copy and are invited to insert one promotional item into all bags sponsored by said sponsor; provided the item must fit proportionally in the existing bag and PWCF reserves the right to refuse any item that does not so fit. Donate Bags: If you are donating more than 100 bags, please use this donation button to support the production and distribution of Barb’s Bag free of charge to female chemo patients undergoing or scheduled to undergo treatment. Each bag costs $50 to produce and $10 to deliver (a $100 value).
